Participants will run a one mile course in waves as follows:

1) Female 14 and under
2) Male 14 and under
3) Female 15 and over
4) Male 15 and over

After these waves are completed, participants are encouraged to run in the complementary Water Wave. In the Water Wave, participants will run the course carrying a gallon of water. This is to raise awareness about the difficulties that people in developing world to obtain clean water for their homes. The Service Club's goal is to raise funds so that a well can be built in order to remove this problem from a community in Swaziland. At the conclusion of the Water Wave, these gallons of water will be donated to Bag Hunger, a local food pantry.

Note: A gallon jug of water will only be guaranteed to the people registering for the Water Wave before August 17, 2016. Water jugs are donated by Wegmans.

Awards will be given to the winners of each wave and the top 5 individuals overall.
